AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF OUR ASSOCIATION
- Protecting the rights of DNB doctors & DNB residents.
- Working towards implementation of Reforms in DNB curriculum and NBE as per the “Recommendations of the Expert Groups on strengthening of NBE Meetings held on 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th January 2010” and other necessary reforms not included in the recommendations for strengthening of DNB degree, its equivalence and curriculum for betterment of DNB candidates and society overall.
- Bringing into reality the concept of “One Nation One degree (#1Nation1Degree)” by merger of MD/ MS/ MCh/DM with DNB courses and Single Board regulating all PG courses.
- Working in the Direction for Rectification of Nomenclature of DNB degree as per the guidelines of “Post graduate medical education regulation 2000”.
- Working in the direction of implementation of Residency Scheme of Government of India by bringing the scheme into the recommendations/ Information Bulletin/ Prospectus.
- Working for uniformity in stipend across the country and implementation of tax exemption on stipend.
- Working for the betterment and rights of all the registered medical practitioners of Modern medicine of our country and upliftment of medical profession as a whole once all other objectives are achieved or fulfilled
Association of DNB doctors is one and only Association which is by the DNBs and for all DNB Residents/ DNB Passouts/DNB Superspeciality doctors under one roof. ADD will facilitate and mediate with all grievances whether at Institute, state or central level through state chapters or national body. Lifetime Members will be able to add Suffix that will be decided by Governing body soon and notified to Lifetime members via membership certificate.
